Dear Nigel (Universal),  
A short note to thank you all for your combined effort.  Our goods ended up being in transit a total of 4.5 months due to employment changes and moves outwith our control,  initially the plan was to move them from the South of Spain to Brisbane, they ended up being forwarded on to our final destination Singapore.  I would like to thank you all because despite our goods being handled many times over, placed in storage, in ships, on docks and in trucks, all of our goods have arrived in excellent condition, even the most delicate of glass items!  I would like to extend my thanks to you all and to your staff for the care and excellent service provided.

Furniture collected and delivered - wonderful
We are both exceptionally pleased with Chris and the guy that helped him in France as they were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble and Chris arrived at our home in the UK 10 minutes after he said he would when your office phoned us last Thursday - how good is that?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks again Nigel for such an extremely efficient and smooth operation.
