Excellent removal service in difficult times
Nigel organised our move from France to the UK. I don’t know what we would have done without him. Amid all the changing regulations due to Covid and Brexit he guided us as to what paperwork we needed to complete. Communication was excellent. He always responded immediately to our many questions and we greatly appreciated his knowledge and expertise. The removal itself was absolutely stress free. Nick and Oliver were brilliant. They arrived dead on time and were so professional and friendly. They loaded all our things carefully and we feel that our possessions are in safe hands until they rejoin us when we are finally in our new home in the UK. If we could give 10 stars for Universal Removals we would do!

We chose Universal to help with our move from France to the UK. We are so glad we did, as Nigel’s knowledge & expertise made the whole process so easy, despite constantly changing regulations due to Brexit & Covid. Nigel was always available to answer our many questions & replied straight away to our emails. He made sure that all the necessay paperwork was completed for the removal company & for us. His advice was invaluable. Nick & Oliver arrived dead on time to collect our things. They had seen the video survey (what an excellent facility that is) so knew exactly what to do. They were absolutely brilliant and made the whole process stress free for us. We know that our possessions are in good hands & will arrive safely at our new home. We would give 10 stars for the service we have received if we could!

Removal from France to England during Covid
Were very helpful during Covid to get the date for the removal on time. Crew arrived on time, worked well in the house and the delivery was very good, too. Helpful in putting furniture in the correct place and unpacking.
Communication was very good at all times.
Nigel’s team were very efficient
Nigel’s team were very efficient, careful with packaging our furniture, some items we never thought of wrapping as well as they did, delivery in Spain was just as good, would definitely recommend. Communications with the company were dealt with quickly
